How to make a Champagne Julep
Champagne Julep
Instructions
Muddle some mint leaves with syrup in a tall glass. Fill glass 2/3 full with ice, pour in bourbon and stir briskly. Top up with champage or wine. Stir and garnish with a sprig of mint.

- 2 Mint Sprig
- 1 Tsp Sugar - Syrup
- 3 Oz Whiskey - Bourbon
