Sorry, this one slipped past me. Can you confirm that issue 41 and 42 are missing, I will get them sent out today.

Hi Matt, thanks for your quick response, I've already replaced the two issues locally, however I don't have any frames of reference as to when the latest issues should be arriving. Is there any way the publishing dates and posting dates for the various markets can be posted on this site?

Hi,

If you've replaced two copies then we need to extend your subscription for a bit. Don't want to be paying twice for a copy.

US/Canada dates are as follows:

Issue 42 : 22nd Oct 2004
Issue 43 : 3rd Dec 2004
Issue 44 : 14th Jan 2005

FYI, I received Issue #43 early last week. I'm located in Southern California. Must be in a forward time warp... :-)

Glad to hear that, it is soo frustrating that one month they can deliver it 3 weeks early and the next 3 weeks late (if at all).

Oh well, keep us upto date with any other strange delivery dates.
