Yes its here. It looks just as on the website. I've paid my accountant and got some money back from the taxman. Life is good.

Mine arrived today

Delivery times have really improved. What I have noticed though is that it came from Germany this time as opposed to Switzerland ???

Yes! It just arrived today. I brought it with me when I headed out to the local pub. It was a beer night as the pub only has a beer and wine license and can't sell any single malts. Still, they have Sierra Nevada Celebration on tap and that's not a bad accompaniment for reading WM, or anything else for that matter.

I just picked mine up! I always have to ask the person working in the shop as it's always hiding behind some other magazine. I think they know me now.

Can you ask them to put one aside for you when they come in from the distributor? Before I started to subscribe to a railway magazine, I used to pick them up every month at a local bookstore here in town. They'd put a copy aside and I'd never miss a month.

Yes, I probably could, but I wonder if they'd be able to. Those "little extras" are tough to come by around here, not a service-minded city at all this little Bergen. But since I do see most of the same people working there, it may work. Or they'll give me an excuse like "well we don't know when it will come, you just have to check for it."
But Mr. T is probably right, cause they know I'll be coming for it, they must be hiding it, laughing everytime I ask them to find it for me.

I picked mine up yesterday, had a good time at a café reading it and have a few drams.

I spottede an interesting tidbit of information in this issue:

Page 25: Laphroaig vertical tasting: At the bottom Dominic writes: Roll on the new 25yo.

A new 25yo Laphroaig in the works? Sounds exciting...has anybody heard anything about this?

Gentlemen...just so you all know this was not a typo.

There is a Laphroaig 25 in the pipelines which is to be the successor to the 30. As yet there is no launch date so watch this space.
