Postby les taylor » Sat Jan 20, 2007 10:01 am

Mr postie has has been already this morning. He is always about 2 hours earlier on a saturday than the rest of the week. He bought me quotation to consider for a client.

Also Issue 61. Hooray I needed some more bedtime reading.

Geez...it only hit the post a day or two ago! Talked with Rob about the issue earlier this week for the upcoming episode of WhiskyCast, and he hadn't even gotten copies back from the printers yet. Les, consider yourself lucky!

(You must be of Norwegian descent or an afficianado of Henrik Ibsen's anti-hero.)
Anyways, no sight of the latest issue, however I'm still reading through the last one so I'm in no hurry to see the next issue yet.

Swedish descent, but I find Ibsen's work more entertaining than Strinberg's (shhhhh don't tell my cousins). Peer Gynt is the literary character I find I have the most in common with--a headstrong, footloose, curious, jump in the pool head first without checking the depth kind of person. After reading more about Ibsen, I view it as a kind of mythical autobiography, so I always count him as one of my heroes.

Strinberg had an obvious hate for women, whereas Ibsen was quite the opposite--and having visited Norway, I can't blame him.

As long as you have a sandwich and take some water as well every one wins.

Issue 61 just crawled into my postbox here in Bayern, but it looks like the Postie kept the WL Girls for himself.

They say it may arrive today, as new magazine deliveries do on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I'll check for it on my way to work, hope it has arrived.
