I had a funny feeling yesterday, almost stopped off to the shop I usually buy it from, but didn't. Now I have a reason to start bothering the shop for it!!

Just rang home, mine hasn't arrived either, but its normally here a couple of days before a post goes on here saying its arrived. I'm waiting to read about Bruichladdich again, what else can be siad i'm not too sure.

I know cocktails weren't a hit but i'll be looking forward to that too as well as the interview.

Les don't panic, i was expecting bottles to be arriving today,

Now which is more exciting bottles vs latest addition of whisky mag arriving?

A possible poll?

Rob the anticipation for either event quickens the pulse. That feeling of anxiety and excitement does not go away until the goodies safely arrive. Although there is more investment in a bottle.

Another Bruich valinche, 'The First Editions', they're around £350 in shops as its one of the early ones, it was on ebay £120 so i got it, the £350 i looked at and was considering it but decided its the same price as the Ardbeg Mhor and i'd prefer one of them instead at the end of the month/beginning of August.

My digi camera cannot charge i've lost the lead, however mobile phones are great, 5 megeoixel camera, so i'll give that a go.

But the valinche is one to join the collection, seen you've got the Carnoustie, mine is waiting for collection.

To settle the nerves open one of those bottles you just got, or if you have horses, try some bute, if its good enough for million pound horses it must be good for us. Luckily for me i've got some as home.

That sounds good Rob if you can post a picture I'd love to see it. Rob you know that Ardbeg Mhor thing don't tell anyone, but IWBRNT.

Lucky you, as a subscriber I guess I have to wait another 6 weeks for my copy to arrive.
Maybe I buy it a few weeks earlier at my local shop...

Cheers

Sorry dog you'll have to wait until monday. If you were putting up curtains I'd say pull yourself together.

No waiting for the postie for me. Just picked a copy off the shelf in W H Smith as always. Quick as subscribing, same price as subscibing, no upfront payment.

Waits for Matt to pounce.

Issue 65 made it up to Perthshire in time for Saturday morning. Thumbs up for this issue Matt. Really enjoyed the articles on barbecues, and 'women in whisky'

Can you believe it. I had recently received my 'renew your subscription or die' for whiskymag, and it was saturday 28th, so there is me, a reasonably clever bloke, thought my subscription must have run out, so went and purchased a copy of the whiskymag....

then the bloody thing arrives today, monday 30th july!

Don't you mean that each mood has a whiskey? How easy it is to say that our whiskey has a mood.
