Subscribtion delay?

I subcribed to Whisky Magazine around the time issue 28 hit the newstands and have yet to receive an issue. Can anyone shed some light on this b/c 2 issues have been published already and i have yet to receive any. I live in The United States but still see no reason for such a long delay..anyway, thanks
