Subsription renewal

Hello to everybody involved with this great magazine and to all whisky lovers and readers of the magazine.

I have been a faithful reader of whiskymag since its first publication, and am a subscriber to the magazine. I have repeatedly been sent "special renewal offers" and find it strange that these special offers for subscribers are actually more expensive than a regular subscription. I have already e-mailed to the mag concerning this but never got a reply. I think it's unfair that I should pay 123,- Euro for a 2-year subscription renewal instead of 119,- Euro for a new subscription.

Could somebody of the mag's team please comment on this?

I am not related to the magazine but I believe its enticing people to subscribe when you offer a special for new subscriber.
