Oh yeah...one other interesting thing from the tasting was the cocktail they served at the beginning. I've stayed away from cocktails since I got into drinking whisky, but I really enjoyed this one:
The Smoky Peach
- 2 parts vanilla cognac (they used Navan)
- 1 part Ardbeg 10
- dash of peach bitters
- served on the rocks
