Join us on Thursday, April 9, 2009 for a Scotch Tasting featuring and a unique four course dinner prepared by our Chef. Our guest speaker will be Jeffrey Topping, founder of Wild Scotsman Whisky and the Master Blender for the Wild Scotsman Brands. Under the mentorship of the only living Master Distiller and Master Blender of Scotch Whisky in the World, John McDougall. Jeffrey has either learned, experienced, or worked all aspects of the Scotch Whisky Industry and will share his hands on experience and passion. The reception is at 6:30 PM and the Dinner starts at 7:00 PM.
