I went to another tasting Ed did in Maryland last night. Similar (but not exactly the same) lineup. I found the tasting to be quite informative; although a beginner probably would've been overwhelmed with the amount of information. Ed is extremely knowledgeable; he told me he does about 125 of these in North America a year, so if he comes your way, it's definitely worth the money.
