I have my VIP ticket and am really looking forward to attending. My wife and I will be flying in Wednesday and heading to Napa, then back Friday afternoon for the Fest.

By the way, I have an extra VIP ticket if anyone needs one (friend had to back out at last minute). We will be staying at the host hotel, Marriott.

VIP is the way to go. I wish I would have known about the extra ticket. I had a friend who missed out on the VIP and ended up just buying a regular ticket.

The Amrut tasting looks like a no-brainer to me, especially at that price (around a third of what I payed for a similar thing in DK)

Fusion and Intermediate Sherry Matured are 2 favourite of mine, my mouth starts watering just thinking of it

I am locked in to the Ardbeg Gathering on Thursday.... But for $25 it may be worth it to get the Amrut tasting out of the way on Wednesday (or even on Saturday).

Lost & Found - Tim had an Ardbeg Murray McDavid go missing if anyone seen it walk off...

ganga - It was a really good show. I have lost my show booklet with my notes. So I cannot recall all my ratings... But there were a few highlights in the VIP bottles. I really did like the Bowmore 18yo from AD Rattray, and the Benriach Madeira. Laphroaig 25yo and Ardmore 30yo were high on the list as well. I thought that the Black Bull 12yo was just tasty.

But overall it was a great evening. I enjoyed talking with Lincoln Henderson with his new Angel's Envy. Along with the Benriach, Springbank, Duncan Taylor Reps.
