The people behind that well established bar of repute The Blue Blazer now run the Windsor Buffet at the top-ish of Leith Walk. Their fabulously generous Booze School is a great way for them to get people in the bar and is uncommonly good value. For £5 (which goes to a charity) you get a range of quality drams whilst a bit of background on what is so special about the glass full. The next tasting is this coming Tuesday:-
