theres a whisky tasting event on in Newton Hotel in nairn on friday night, £10 and its for charity. anyone going?

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it along on Friday night. I stayed a night at the Newton last summer after a wedding and they've got a great range of whiskies behind the bar. I'm sure it will be a good night

Wish I was!!

Be careful though. I was at a dinner there last year and the first course was soup with rolls. We had to send the rolls back because they had blue mould!!

Hope you have a better evening than I had.

And fortunately whisky doesn't go off!!

Seriously though, it was very poor.

If you buy a Big Mac, you may get crap in a bap, but at least the bap's fresh....ish!!
