I'm planning a wee sojourn along with other members of Glasgow's Whisky Club. Sounds like it'll be a good day.

Sounds like fun, just out of interest what do people think of...

Ticket price includes 5 sampling vouchers

No mention of how much extra vouchers will be or what you can get for a voucher. Do you guys give them some stick about vouchers as well ?

PLUS MANY MORE!!!!! :D I was told there will be well over 100 whiskies on show.

Master of Malt and Malt whisky author John Lamond is also attending along with other whisky celebs and there will be music and poetry throughout the day. On the ticket you also get the chance to win the new Balblair Vintage from 1979. It should be a great day and i'm looking forward to it.

So anyone swithering about attending should buy a ticket now and support this fabulous Independent Whisky Specialist situated in the heart of Auld Ayr toon.

Matt as far as sample vouchers where concerned no-one ask for your vouchers on the day, so having to purchase additional vouchers didnt even come into it. I was able to taste every whisky that i wanted on the day. In fact i lost count of the number of whiskies i did try. I patricularly enjoyed the Douuglas Laing stall especially the Port Ellen bottling. I will certainly be attending next year it was a great day out with a bit of Rabbie Burns thrown in.
