Can anyone tell me when we can buy tickets for the 2008 Spirit of Toronto?

Also where can I find a listing of various events taking place in Ontario? Do individual distilleries offer tasting events?

What are the tasting towers people mention in Toronto? What takes place there (obviously tasting.) and how does it work?
