I think it relevant to point out that Spirit of Toronto is NOT a Whisky Live event. It may confuse people with it being noted in the Whisky Live thread.

May 10 at Roy Thompson Hall. Nope, I'm not required to drive down to T.O. to move anyone home so won't be making the trek this year. The forthcoming trip across the pond to the Penninsula will take much of my vacation time and funds.

So true, Musky. I forgot about that important component to your previous spring trips to Toronto! What we will do for our kids! Well at least our paths crossed at that time. Maybe in the fall, we will see you at the Toronto Whisky Live?

Give me lots of warning and if I have enough vacation left and have been frugal with my funds I might just be able to slip down for a day or two. I could bunk at my daughters' and only need to use a few subway tokens to get around. I used to live just off Spadina as a kid so still remember how to get around T.O..
