Don't like the sound of that at all. But then that's because I don't like creme brulee. Redbreast I love. I suggest trying it with stout.

That depends on where you pour it! The two certainly mix well in the belly. Outside the belly, well that just depends on what time of night it is and how full the stout glass happens to be!

I did try marinating parma ham in black bush the other night - I was slightly inebriated at the time. All I got was some very unsalty tasteless ham and some very salty and unpleasant tasting whiskey - probably shouldn't have tried srinking the whiskey afterwards.

Anyway, this is probably something not to do on Irish whiskey week. (Apologies for hijacking the topic).
