Whiskey Wars at Noonan's Bar and Grill

Noonan's Bar and Grill Presents:
Whiskey Wars
March 20th - April 7th

Join Noonan's Bar and Grill for a whiskey taste off!

In honor of March Madness and the NCAA tournament, Noonan's invites spirits enthusiasts to join in on the event of the year! Over 20 styles of both Scotch and Bourbon will be put to the test in a head to head "bracket style" tasting competition.

This event is spaced out over the NCAA March Madness playoff schedule so come on in for one bracket of the competition or participate in all; don't miss this first annual, one-of-a-kind tasting event!

All events to be held at Noonan's Bar and Grill. Price to be determined. For reservations call 415.464.8711.

They have quite a selection of whisky. Have you been there before?

I have been put off buying single malts in bars since a dram of Laga 16 put us back $25.

Very good selection and usually very good service. Although last time.... I find them a very good choice for trying different expressions without paying for the entire bottle.

Agreed with Ganga,

They have a large selection of various distilleries, (I was there on Friday night) good way to poke around and try things. They also have a small selection of 'hard to find' items that will cost you. I bought a glass of Macallan 28yo Douglas Lang Premier Barrel. Pricey, but the bottle is hard to find, and it is expensive.

I have not contacted them about this event yet. But I will report back.

Cheers,
