Millstone 6.5yo (Dutch) giftset

Postby osiris » Sat Dec 27, 2008 3:10 pm

Yesterday I received an early birthday present (mine is in February) from my girlfriend's parents. I received a Dutch single malt gift set. Quite funny since it is a Dutch one instead of Scotch. I am really curious to explore what kind of whisky my country does produce ;)

Will be interested to hear what you think, doesn't get mentioned much around here.

I certainly will, but keep in mind that I am quite a newcomer in the world of whisky  I will do my best ;)

It looks like a very nice gift set, the glasses look good.

The glasses have a good feeling. The glass is not to thick nor to thin, nicely shaped and a heavy bottom. Funny to have my first Whisky glasses being Dutch ones ;)

You're lucky - the Glencairn style is a LOT better than the tumblers that come packaged with most SMS here in the US. Enjoy!!
