In my own humble opinion.......
Diageo should be shut down now.
Do they have no sensitivity, no feeling for tradition? Obviously not.
Why keep a town`s major employer (for years generations have been gainfully employed) open when you can save a couple of quid by moving 100 miles down the road.
Why not shut down Old Trafford and move Man U to Southport, or shut down Parkhead and make Rangers and Celtic groundshare, at least they will save a few pence.
Bean counters. What good did they ever do?
