I believe the flora and fauna series was UDV/Diageo's way of releasing whiskies from distileries that weren't part of the classic mat series.

A long lost series of bottlings that showcased the effect of plant and animal finishes. The sweet venison pie finish was my favourite closely followed by dandelion elixor.
