McCarthy's 3 Year Old Oregon Single Malt... A most worthy spirit that is now the stuff of memories, excepting a 50ml 'library' sample retained for future reference.

Ardbeg Uigeadail (L10). Celebrated my brother's wedding on Saturday. Five of us killed it in one sitting. This is a gem whisky and I will go back to grab another bottle tomorrow for the drinking stock. Still, H2H I would give the Corry a slight nod over this new Oogie. Just a slightly better balance and harmony of tastes.

We executed about 7 or 8 that were sitting at the 1 finger level. Glenforres 8, an a'bunadh, Connemara peated, JMR rich and spicy, Deanston 17 are the ones that come to mind.
