Probably not. Maybe some day, years from now, as I go looking for something I haven't had in a while. Certainly nothing wrong with it, but so many new and better things to spend my limited funds on.

Islay Mist 8. Spectacular blend, excellent value. I've already got a backup in waiting. This may supplant Teacher's as my daily drinker. . .

Lagavulin 16yo about two weeks ago. I don't think I'll be buying another one soon.

It is to Laphroaig as Teacher's is to Ardmore. I added probably 75ml of Laph CS to the bottle to pick it up a bit, but that's certainly not necessary.

Batch 1107A is as much as I can tell you, Sean (the bottle's 'toast' and all I have on file are images of the box).

As for Islay Mist, I've just 'vacuumed' out the remaining contents of a bottle of the 12 Year Old, which, in its own way, has proved every bit as enjoyable as the 17 Year Old.

Is that the NAS? What did you think? I find the NAS here to be a decent whisky. I haven't tried some of the others.

Yes, NAS. I didn't think much of it. I tried it last year as a sample and at that time I liked it but ever since I bought a bottle I changed my mind. I never really liked it and I don't think I'll buy another bottle of this.

Now that is sad as the RB 12 is a good whisky.

Actually, I had it about 5 years ago and I was glad to get rid off it. Never really liked it very much.
Just finished my Laph 10yo BTW. Finally!!

Thoughts? I thought the first one was decent considering the age. I also was surprised at how reasonably priced it was considering what the other young whiskies were selling for when it came out.

Speyburn 10. A great value and one I intend to keep on hand. In fact, I've already got a backup ready to go when the mood strikes.
