Tonight I said goodbye to Powers 12 and Jameson Vintage Reserve, conveniently opening up space for some Redbreast 12 CS.

If anyone in the NY area has seen this one on the shelves, please do tell.

I don't mind buying SB Jack at all... This one from Bevmo (11-3022) bottled 6/16/11 was one of the better ones I have tried -- had about 5.

Cheers

BTAC Eagle Rare 17, 2011. Was just OK in the beginning, but has evolved in a positive way over the months. Might pick up another one next year.

I am attempting to boost the number of posts in the April Live Tasting "Spring Cleaning." So for every bottle I have that has an ounce or so of life in it, I will be putting it on Life Support until April.

Usquaebach Reserve. Not terrible, but severely overpriced. The slightest whiff of smoke is nice, but the Glenrothes (or similar) isn't pleasant.
