Angel's Envy. Decent enough, but a bit confused I think. Maybe a bit more port influence would help sort it out. Might buy another one in a few years if they're still around to see how it evolves.

Laphroaig Triple Wood. Too much wood. I'd be interested in trying a double wood if they wanted to ditch the quarter casks. . .

I found a new found appreciation for American Rye Whiskey. Even though this bottle was not that great.

I am going with god-awful bottle. But I have had someone comment that they agreed with my notes. I do really enjoy Sherry influence in whisky, but the Dalmore just tasted dirty, with molding and rotting oranges. Very little of the nut or spice flavors often found in sherry bottles, and the only fruit was that rancid orange.
