40th celebration - what to do?

It is my 40th next August - So what shall I do?

For my brothers 40th we did a tour of Islay (stayed at 'laddie excellent and strongly recommended)

For mine... I am at a loss.

I fancy a bit a speyside as I have never been but very much unsure.

Any suggestions?

Should mention I live in London/essex
Family in Manchester
and will probably celebrate in october half term
