50ml bottles

Postby ResIpsa539 » Tue Nov 16, 2010 9:39 pm

I apologize if this has been discussed elsewhere on the board.

I am looking for some new, empty, 50ml bottles to use in trading samples, gifting, etc. Can someone tell me a good place to get cheap, yet effective (i.e. seals well, etc.) 50ml bottles in the US?

Thanks!

Or, alternatively, if our neighbors across the pond know of a particularly good brand, I can try to track them down here.

My advice is to stick to glass.

In the US these are recommended

Here in the UK i use these - 60ml though

I ordered some from here:

http://www.sunburstbottle.com/glass-bot ... ston-round

Prices look like are a couple of cents more than specialtybottle.com, but the bottles look to be about the same. They're located in Sacramento, so maybe could save some on shipping if you're ordering from the west coast, or even pick up in person if you're in the area (they do charge tax in California). They also sell some cork-stoppers too and I ordered one to see if they fit because I've had a few corks break.

I should get the bottles some time this week
