Salmon Wellington with some bourbons and ryes. Would be nice to have with some Sherried scothc but I chose bourbon as my theme for the night.

My recommendation is don't have anything that is sweeter than the Livet. All I'm getting are the oaky notes.

The 75 South has been very nutty but doesn't work with peanut butter. It doesn't get bitter but it loses character.

I forgot to say how they paired.

EWSB was too sweet
HP 12 got washed out by the teriyaki

JW Green went rather well, not perfect but it the little bit of smoke and the malty sweetness worked well.

I have one shot before dinner and another shot during dinner. And then thats it. Tongiht I had grilled salmon with mustard and braise brocolli.
