Now with some Ardbeg Corry, very good, better then the Caol Ila but not as good as the Laga 12 2010

20oz Boneless Angus Ribeye medium rare.

Started with some Crios de Susana Balbo Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 but it didn't work
so I move onto some Conn Creek Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 Limited Release. Much better

I wish this forum allowed edits. I forgot to mention that it was in a sweet and sour sauce. Really came out very tasty. Mushrooms were hot yet firm. Potatoes soft. Peppers, cloves and onions just right. Here's one satisfied customre.
