Cheese, and more cheese. Not because i believe in the whisky-cheese pairing, i don't. But the fridge is full of cheese. Finished the Snøfrisk goat's cheese and I massacred the St Agur. Washed it down with Bladnoch 9yo.

I'm a barbarian and put little effort into such things. I eat when i'm hungry, and drink whisky when i'm thirsty. Occasionally the two collide.
After? Chocolate. I prefer smooth milk chocolate as (I feel) it enhances the mellow flavors of the whisky. Some like bitter dark chocolate as sometimes it will make the whisky taste sweeter. To me dark chocolate makes the whisky taste bitter/muddier.
