Got to try a small, advance sample a couple of weeks ago, shared by a very generous person.
I absolutely loved it. Very different than last year's Alligator, and much better. There is a lively fruit sweetness to it intermixed with the usual Ardbeg peat.... almost like it spent some time in a former wine cask. Dunno if that's true or not, but that's how it tasted to me.
