Dalmore 1974 / Matusalem Sherry Finesse

Hi all,
what do you think about the dalmore 1974 matusalem sherry finesse? has anyone tried it? is it worth the 900 euros im about to pay for it? also would it be good to hold on to it as a future investment?
your help will be appreciated

Who's to say. I've not tried many of the new Dalmores so cannot comment on its quality. Not sure too much is worth 900 euros. As an investment, I think it would take awhile for this one to gain alot. I would think that this will be around on the shelves for a few years.

Yes, Yes, Yes !!!

I tasted this a couple of years back and it was the most exceptional whisky, probably the finest and greatest I have ever tried.

A truly exceptional bottle, not one for collecting, but certainly one for drinking.

Bought a bottle direct from the distillery as an investment around this time last year. At £600, to expensive to drink.
