Blanton's (05/01/2012). Vaguely minty and woody on the nose with a hint of maple syrup. Sweet and creamy, tobacco, cherry, and mint stems on the tongue. It drifts towards spicy pepper and cinnamon into the finish. It's dry, but not overly so. Definitely leaves a good coating on the tongue. Pretty tasty. 4/5
