The Continuing Saga of Revolving Managers at Lagavulin

Diageo recently appointed the Willie MacDougall as manager of Lagavulin and he has just resigned and moved onto Edradour.

I think technically this means that Lagavulin is now looking for its fourth manager in six months.

It also appears that Iain Henderson, manager of Edradour has taken up a post in Norfolk's first (and only) distillery.

What will the next six months bring?

When Did Donald Renwick depart Lawrence ?
the only change i heard of recently on Islay was the appointment of John Campbell as Laphroaigs manager .
