There is a guy on ebay selling a load of whisky. He's asking £30,000 for 499 bottles and one of them looks like it might be what you are after.

He'll never get that much for that stuff. Despite what he claims a lot of it is just supermarket and oddbins whisky bought pretty recently.

Maybe make him an offer for the one bottle after getting a photo ?

Here is the link:

I think it's a Glenlivet 12 Year Old. It comes in a yellow tin box with a picture of St. Andrews clubhouse on it. On the side, there's a blurb about th eevolution of clubs and balls. On the other side, there's a map of the course with a blurb.

I have the tin box, but not the contents.

If these are the ones in question they use to fetch around EUR100.00 at:
http://www.whiskyauction.com
These were auctioned about a month ago and reached EUR106.00/bottle.

Cheers

Well done Aidan,
I would have said the Glenlivet series too.

I recently acquired 5 of the series of 6 courses for my own personal collection.
I have:
St. Andrews
Turnberry
Muirfield
Royal Troon
Royal Dornoch

The one which I do not have is Carnougie.
I managed to acquire these at prices of around €45 per bottle and four of the series have also recently been sold on Ebay.de for similar prices.
In this case, WhiskyAuction was just too expensive.
