The great event is once again being held at Willow Park Liquor in Calgary November 15th, I've already bought my ticket and will be there with a whole group from Victoria and Vancouver.

The Warehouse party certainly sounds like a great time. Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend this year...perhaps next! I am sure a shopping spree at Willow Park would be in order post festivities.

Especially if there are the same great deals as last year. Wasn't there an old cask of Balvenie that was bottled and sold last time at a GREAT price?

I'd love to be there, but I hope to be on a plane to Tokyo by then. Any word on the line-up?

No word yet but it's usaually pretty extensive. Also they have bought 5 casks this year instead of just the Glenfiddich last year. Their list of whiskies currently runs to 9 pages.

I know exactly what you mean Badmonkey. This evening at the monthly Companions of the Quaich dinner and tasting, I had the great pleasure of sitting beside the partners of Premium Bottlers, an Ontario based, 1st in Canada, independent bottlers of whisky. They are going to be attending the Whisky in the Warehouse bash and will be showcasing 5 of their new bottled malts for that lucky crowd!!!! I wish I could take part in that inaugral occasion.
