Daingean Ui Chuis (Dingle) has over 1million visitors per annum supposedly, so based on footfall alone it's a fantastic site. Apparantly one of the guys from the Porterhouse holidays there, crunched the numbers and decided to put a plan together when the creamery came up for sale.
Looking forward to it too I must say, especially as its a pure pot still they plan on making.
