What would YOU do with $500!

I have a dilemma. Yesterday I unexpectedly received $500 from my Company for perfect attendance for the year. Actually 3 years, but the last 2 were $50 gift cards. So, in my shoes what would you buy? I already had a trip planned for Friday to Dallas. The poll is frivolous, I'm just celebrating here.

I voted with V7. With its take over the prices can only go north. They certainly won't be going down. It would be nice to have a supply of the ten as well before the new make catches up.

Five different $100 bottles would give you outstanding quality and variety for some time. Besides, I'm morally obligated to come up with an option not listed.

Buy the Ardbeg, I can still get it for $38.40 a bottle and at that price it is a steal.

If it were me I'd be enlarging my Port Ellen collection. There's a couple of "John Milroy's" and an OMC I've been eyeing at The Whisky Exchange.

I voted the single Ardbeg 1974, cause it's coming to Norway soon from what I've been told. But no really, I'd get more than just one, but not many more, and still focus on quality not quantity. I'd get the Ardbeg 1980 Kildalton, Port Ellen 1st Release, Berry Brothers and Rudd Blue Hanger 25y, Single Malts of Scotland 1990 Longmorn, a Dallas Dhu bottling, and now I must be more than broke!! 500$ really isn't much, especially when you consider the lousy exchange rate these days!

I'd wait for the next release of something inexpensive likely to rise in value, flog it on at a huge profit in a couple of years, then throw a huge party and invite the forum.

Honestly, I might just keep the $500 to pay for past whisk(e)y indiscretions. Or, more likely, I'd spend it on -- surprise! -- bourbon, of which I can get 20-25 better-than-standard bottles, or 5-6 super-premium editions, for that money.
Hey, gang, I openly admit to enjoying several single malts -- but bourbon is a vastly underrated pour (it's still whiskey, just different!), and still relatively inexpensive. Don't deprive yourself.

Thanks for all the ideas. I like the (5) $100 bottles, but I have backups for most of my favorites. I also should consider payback for past purchases, there's been a few. I'll let everyone know what I end up with. Probably just an unlikely collage that never matches my wishlist.

The list I had before this windfall came up was:

Laphroaig 10yo C/S(can never have too many)
Longmorn 15yo(replace before the new 16 jumps the price)
Glenfarclas 21yo(still a bargain for its age, maybe not for long)
Glen Garioch 10yo(really a bargain and one of the few 10's I like)
Rosebank '92 Murray McDavid(wanted another since the last one was gone)

Buffalo Trace Bourbon(nice for the price)
Elmer T Lee Single Barrel(finally need to try)
Wild Turkey 12yo(get it if it's still there)

Redbreast 12yo(uniquely complex and original)
Jameson 18yo Master Selection(Gold medal winner from Whisky Mag, that's good enough for me)
