around 50 open and 10-15 halffinished and repoured samples. I got a new whiskychest to supplemet my cupboard, but need to use the floor again :-(

I honestly can't be bothered to do a bottle count at the present moment. All I know is that I'm doing my best to get the number of open bottles below that of my unopened whiskies, which currently number 63. It's a pleasant struggle, it is.

I would love to have to deal with that struggle. A few hopefully quick questions for those of you that have many unopened bottles.

Are some of your unopened bottles "investment" bottles? Or do you tend to stock up on a few favorite bottles whenever they are on sale?

Basically I have a hard time comprehending having a number such as 60 bottles unopened, and while I am sure none of you really went to a store and purchased 60 bottles at once, and it rather was a fact of buying more than you were drinking over a decent length of time.

No - to be honest, I'm not really up to date on the PLOWED bottles - I take it, it's a gem?
