Honey, wisps of smoke, sweet malt, sherry, slightly flowery, something green - maybe apples? Honey, butterscotch, fire smoke (not like peaty medicinal smoke) pastry Slight prickle of spice. Makes me think of farmhouse kitchen with a big fireplace and dried flowers on the beams and a little old lady making butter-fudge while a sweet pie cools on the windowsill. Old Gold 0

Sweet and a little floral. Some sherry and vanilla. Toffee, caramel and chocolate. Lots of fruit (citrus, pears, apples). Lightly minted. Notes of smoke (cigar?) and wood. A touch 'farmy' at times. Incredibly balanced! Mouth-coating. Surprising amount of smoke and earthiness. Very sweet - lots of toffee. A big fruitiness again (citrus again, banana). Lightly fragrant. Honeyed. Caramel and chocolate. Sweet but quite smoky. Slightly peaty. Minty and caramelised. Lasts a while. Lovely stuff, very moreish! Pale gold 87
