Littlemill 19, Old & Rare - best ever?

Postby Whiskytaster » Thu Jul 23, 2009 11:29 am

Douglas Laing have released a 19 year cask of Littlemill, as part of their premium 'old and rare' range.

Cost is approx £90 - £100, which is alot for a bottle of Littlemill, especially for such an age.

Has anyone tried it? At that price, is this the best ever Littlemill?

Sold out at TWE. Half already gone at Douglas Laing themselves, other retailers running out....

Hasn't anyone tasted it yet?

Best I've had for a Littlemill is a Scott's 1984-04. What stood out was the canteloupe.

Looks like one is up on ebay.

Interesting to see what it will go for...

Well the bar for Littlemill was set set so low by the distillery it's pretty easy to get a best ever. All it has to be is ok to hit that height.
