Hi all, what does everything think of this Canadian Whisky? Is it worth the $70can price tag?

This limited edition bottle has only been released on the canadian market if my source of information is correct.
I haven't tried it, but I'd buy it for that price if I had the chance to.
If it's worth it is a very subjective question, that nobody else can answer for you.
If you tried other non-peated port matured malts and liked them, than there's a big chance you also will enjoy this one.

It is a limited release of only 3000 bottles. Limited to Ontario only.
It you can get some grab it.. I have 3 bottles hanging around, and one open. Its a real nice step up from the standard 40 creek.

I'm not a huge fan of Barrel Select but I was tempted to try this one. Maybe I should have.

Not to worry, there is a Confederation Oak Reserve coming out in Sept-ish this year that looks fantastic.
