Wonderfully comprehensive! Only had a chance to skim over it so far, will give it a proper look very soon. Looking forward to trying some of these once I'm back in the southern hemisphere.

Thanks! I've tried to make the story as entertaining as possible. I hate reading lectures. Keep your eyes peeled for updates, there's another couple of distilleries working their way upto producing status at present.
