Tried this whisky last night and was quite impressed with it. The nose was certainly intense as was the taste. The sherry really cuts through with a distinct taste of burnt wood. The finish still retained the sherry and went on and on and on....
This is the first sherry cask whisky I have tried and I will certainly be trying more in the future.
Well thats my amateur tasting note, I would like to hear what others think of it.
