To all Lovers of Single Malts, during whiskey week in New York City, Our Restaurant,ShallotsNY, will be hosting a Scotch dinner. We will feature 5 different Scotches of Lorne MacKillops, of MacKillops Choice. It will be an evening not to be missed.

You never told us if you used those recipies we gave you! You remember the combination and pairings of malts and food you asked about --right?
How about giving us the menu for this cullinary evening you so generously invite us to attend.

To all those interested in the dinner, I appreciate your suggestions. The dinner will feature food from the Meiterranean and the Americas. It will show that scotch can be paired with any cuisine. unfoutunatly, the scothes and the menu are not yet finalized, but check on our web site at www.shallotny.com for all the details.
