Ardbeg, Douglas McGibbon Provenance '91/'00

A lovely peaty nose with some citrus fruitiness in the background; lightish but quite oily palate, a burning smoky finish and overall quite dry. The peat is more reminiscent of the drier kind found in younger Bowmore. I also miss the sweet chocolatey notes found in the OB's. Still a *great* dram by Ardbeg standards.

Any other Ardbeg fans tried this?
