I can only say that it is simply stunning and did not lose it's focus even with the addition of water. Today, I traded in my batch 7 and 12 for batch 14's and bought two more. I have given strict instructions to the love of my life that if she is going to buy me a bottle of whisky for Christmas, this is the one I want.
Lawrence wrote:Has anybody tried this new batch yet, Jim Murray rates it quite a bit more than other batches at 94 points. The only other batch that scored that high was batch 1 with the sterling silver label.

Dear Lawrence
Thank you for your question. I do not have precise volume figures per batch but we generally select around 80 to 100 sherry casks (mainly butts) to make up each batch. This allows individual cask selection to ensure a great final vatting and I am delighted to hear you enjoy the results.
Many thanks
