Nose: Raisin bread, dried red apples
Palate: Dominated by spices and herbs (cinnamon the most prevalent), dried fruits (apple most prevalent)
Finish: long spiced bread fruits.

Finish: lingering, oaky honey
This one is not quite as good initially with water. However, some time greatly increases the enjoyability (very herbal). Also, the switch to the Riedel glass removed some of the alcohol influence.
