Henry Clay Rare Bourbon Whisky 1980

We have two bottles of Henry Clay Rare Whisky Bourbon, Fall of 1980 from a run of 2400 bottles, 45.3% Alc/Vol. Both are sealed, never opened. One is in perfect condition. One has cracks in the wax seal and a stain on the label (was in cabinet with veg. oil, so probably what it is). Any idea how much they are worth? How could I go about selling them?
