1946 bottle of whisky

i have a bottle of red rose whiskey 1946 not open with lable cap in box is it still good

As long as the seal is still intact and the fill level is fairly decent it should be good to go. If the fill level is a good bit below the shoulder it may not be a good as it should be but still probably okay but if hte fill level is below half way I'd be worried if it had anything to offer.
